Our first GP-track opportunity

I'm hiring a Chief of Staff (Sr. Associate-level) to work closely with me and our (soon-to-be hired) Analyst.

We're looking for an experienced hire (3-8 years) with demonstrated success navigating ambiguity and taking things from concept through execution.

This is a unique, entrepreneurial career opportunity for a person who has:

• Previously founded a company

• Led mission critical teams at high-performing venture-backed companies, or

• Quarterbacked investments as part of a premier investment firm

We're looking for self-starters who can make low latency decisions with sound judgement in the face of high uncertainty.

Ideally, you can also demonstrate the seeds of an outlier network that's likely to grow substantially in the years to come.

You will function as an external proxy for me from day one.

Over time and with success, this role has the potential to grow into a General Partner.
